Happy Day 50 (21/08/2014)
Realized that life doesn't have to be busy always.
Made some time for myself to do what I feel like doing.
Off from work earlier than usual.
Went to shop for the items I need.
Bought dinner.
Played with Dou Dou awhile.
Washed my hair.
Did some AKY practice.
Really felt calmer and at peace.
When you make time for whatever stuff you are doing,
you feel better.
What matters is making time for what matters to you.
Not doing things in a rush is a luxury meant for everyone.
Reminds me that I am still a human :)
